1. Food Safety & Hygiene Restrictions
Due to strict food safety and hygiene protocols, we do not accept returns on opened or partially consumed pickle jars, masalas, or sweets. All food item sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or spoiled.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged jar (e.g., broken glass, oil leakage) or an incorrect item, you must notify us at support@pnpfoods.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include a photograph of the damaged product and your order ID. We will issue a free replacement immediately.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
